The most frequently asked question in our office is:
"How much is my investment?"
We believe patients should not feel anxious about asking financial questions. Aesthetic enhancement is a positive experience, and one should feel comfortable about the financial aspect of the experience as well as the dermatologist one chooses and the specific aspects of the procedure itself. Please feel free to ask questions of our front office staff. They are extremely helpful, warm, and willing to assist you in any way possible to relieve your anxiety about your procedure.
FEES
Dr. Ly will discuss your fee with you at the time of your consultation. Dr. Ly does not charge for the allotted time she spends with you at your initial consultation and she will provide you with a fee quote at the conclusion of that visit, if she feels you would benefit from procedure.
DEPOSIT
Once you have decided to proceed with scheduling the procedure, we collect a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the procedure investment or $200.00, whichever is greater, to hold your place on the schedule. This is deducted from your final fee, and is not in addition to the fee. This can be paid in any number of ways. It must be received in order to reserve a time. Until it is received, the time you request is open on a first-come, first-served basis. Dr. Ly operates every day of the week except Sundays. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.
PAYMENT POLICY
The balance of the procedure fee is due in full at the time of the procedure and your fee will be the total fee quoted at the consultation less the deposit. We accept the following forms of payment:
