| Aquamid® is a long lasting transparent, injectable implant containing 97.5% water bound to 2.5% cross-linked polymer. Aquamid ® has been specially designed and formulated for facial soft tissue correction, deep folds, wrinkles, lip augmentation, lipodystrophy and shaping of facial contours. Not only are the results with Aquamid ® immediate, they are also safe and long-lasting. |

| Aquamid is made up polyacrylamide and does not contain microspheres. It can be used in the lips and cheeks, and doesn't require skin testing. Scientific research has shown that the gel will stay in its place unchanged for at least 10 years and there is no reason to expect any changes after this period. Progressive ageing of the skin does continue and if required, extra Aquamid® can be injected as necessary. |

| Aquamid® may cause transient pain, oedema, redness, minor haematoma, and other minor side effects.
Patients should be informed that there is a small risk of transient oedema and tenderness occurring near the injection site within the first 1-2 days after injection. If not caused by infection, the symptoms will be self-limiting and disappear within a couple of days.

| PREVELLE SILK is a colorless hyaluronic acid gel that contains
a small quantity of a local anesthetic (Lidocaine) to provide pain
relief at the injection site. Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance

cushions the skin. PREVELLE SILK is naturally broken down by
your body over time. Skin testing is not required.
